I am by nature a doer. When faced with a problem, a task, an idea, my gut instinct--to this day--is to jump in and "do". Even if it's more of a "thinking" task, my first instinct is to take a decision, myself, right away.
But there's a problem with this: my role, and EWB overall, is no longer such that I can just "do" or "decide" it on my own.
I've known this for quite a while,
