I've had some discussions with Glen on what exactly he sees the "new CIDA" as being. He has some pretty funky ideas i.e. Close down the CIDA office in Ottawa and distribute it across university campuses.

I think it would be helpful if someone just asks what does he see the new CIDA looking like, and maybe get some specifics down in his own words, then as he moves across Canada we can provide some feedback to his ideas and keep asking more sophisticated questions.
